Swiss Bank Allowing Crypto Access is a Win for Bitcoin Swiss Bank Allowing Crypto Access is a Win for Bitcoin
March 20, 2019 12:48 PM The well known Swiss Bank, the Julius Baer Group AG, announced to allow its users to access cryptos by partnering with SEBA. SEBA is building a progressive technological bridge between the traditional and the digital asset world, raised quite a handsome amount of $103 million back in September, 2018. The raised funds are to be poured into the project to allow the users the liberty to transact cryptos through the banking system. The Swiss bank, Julius Baer, is among the very first banks to allow such a crypto transaction facility within the banking arena. During the tenure of the cryptos, there has been a major rush over the fact that cryptos need mass adoption real fast. This can be carried out if cryptos are readily available for the use, triggering easy access. The Swiss bank incorporating cryptos is a similar move that bears the potential to bring in a massive amount of users to buy into the crypto market. The Julius Baer Group possesses a total of 254 billion worth of assets under management in pure corporate banking terms

CBOE Pull the Plug on Bitcoin Cash Based Futures and Why this is a Good Thing for Bitcoin CBOE Pull the Plug on Bitcoin Cash Based Futures and Why this is a Good Thing for Bitcoin
March 20, 2019 11:57 AM ?Pull the plug? is a phrase rarely associated with positive sentiment, but for the Bitcoin market, CBOE?s decision to cancel their Bitcoin futures is far more bullish than it sounds. The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) is the largest U.S. options exchange, which offers options trading of over 2,200 companies. Cash based futures settlements are used in certain types of futures and options contracts. When the futures contract expires, instead of the seller settling in the underlying asset, in this case Bitcoin, they deliver the associated cash position. In December 2017, CBOE was the first ever exchange to introduce Bitcoin futures, coinciding with the top of the Bitcoin roller-coaster market, in an effort to introduce institutional traders to the leading digital asset.

Why Bitcoin needs Segregated Witness All answers are here Why Bitcoin needs Segregated Witness All answers are here
March 20, 2019 11:11 AM Satoshi Nakamoto deserves praise for creating Bitcoin and opening a world of possibilities to all of us, but his project was not without flaws. In this article, we will explain why SegWit was proposed and how it can benefit Bitcoin in the long term. Blocks are largely comprised of transaction data, which in turn mostly consist of signature information and are used to create transaction IDs. One persistent issue in Bitcoin?s original protocol has been malleability, as these transaction IDs can be rewritten before a miner includes them in a block. Fraudsters can trick users into sending their coins twice if the other side only has the original transaction ID and can?t verify if there is another pending transaction with the same data.

Bitcoin Pioneer Subpoenaed for $4 Billion Bitcoin Pioneer Subpoenaed for $4 Billion
March 18, 2019 8:21 PM Jeff Garzik, a software engineer considered a Bitcoin pioneer, has been subpoenaed for 4 Billion because of a connection he has with an on-going lawsuit against Craig White. The United District court filed the subpoena follows on from the on-going dispute between White and the family of David Kleiman. Kleiman is suspected by many to be one of the founding bitcoin and blockchain developers. Some even believe he was Satoshi Nakamoto himself, including Garzik, who previously stated that Nakamoto, ?matches his coding style, this gentleman was self-taught. And the Bitcoin coder was someone who was very, very smart, but not a classically trained software engineer.?

Satoshi Nakamoto May Have Considered a Bitcoin Kill Switch Satoshi Nakamoto May Have Considered a Bitcoin Kill Switch
March 18, 2019 7:57 PM -Bitcoin news, price, information & analysis With so little known about the person or group behind the mysterious pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto, it?s difficult to imagine the motivation behind designing and developing the first-ever peer-to-peer electronic cash system with Bitcoin. One goal was clear: create a decentralized cryptocurrency that cannot be controlled by governments. To do that, Nakamoto built in certain fail-safes into Bitcoin?s blueprint, including cryptography, decentralization, a proof of work consensus, a hard-capped supply and more. And according to speculation over what Satoshi meant in a quote being shared around social media could suggest that he or she was considering ways to render Bitcoin useless if it were stolen.

Crypto Users Have Begun "Body Hacking" By Receiving Bitcoin Wallet Bio-implants Crypto Users Have Begun
March 18, 2019 9:32 AM Many crypto enthusiasts have taken the term ?early adopters? to new heights as the emerging trend of micro-implants which are programmable as crypto wallets have begun to become popular within the crypto and body hacking communities. However, this phenomenon is hardly new. Body hacking as it has been aptly named dates back as far as 2014 when Martijn Wismeijer aka Mr Bitcoin received his first microchip implant. The tech trend extends beyond that of that crypto community with many users advocating the use of tech implants who also follow the so-called transhumanist movement. It?s all quite Science-Fiction right now as many people as basically interested in augmenting their bodies with tech implants, which would effectively make them cyborgs, albeit a far cry from the cyborgs we?re used to seeing in Hollywood.
