MediaRich.io is developing a first-of-its-kind Content Generation Network (CGN). A unique, flexible, and scalable Infrastructure-as-a-Service offering targeted at the needs of B-to-B. A distributed system for delivering services powering DApps (Decentralized Applications) – both consumer AND enterprise-class.
The CGN is a general-purpose ecosystem, uniquely architected to excel in providing services that meet demand in real-time, processing requests to perform specialized work needed to generate and deliver content consumed by DApps globally. What can the CGN be used for?
What types of software could be deployed in such an environment? The number of possible use cases is nearly limitless, but we wanted to offer families of use cases well-suited to the technology. There are potentially many existing projects that could immediately benefit by making use of the CGN. The ICO process will result in the distribution of proxy tokens. The proxy token is an ERC-20 token having certain properties necessary for implementing the rules of the ICO. These are used for temporary “bookkeeping” purposes during the ICO and are intended to eventually be redeemed for Dyncoin.
We will mint 5,000,000,000 (five billion) tokens in the ICO, to be divided into four pools:
1. 8% of tokens, or 400,000,000 (four hundred million) tokens, will be set aside as partner swap tokens. These will be used to provide opportunities for co-promotion and strategic partnerships. Due to the enterprise nature of this ICO, we believe that the need to forge strong partnerships will be essential.
2. 10% of tokens, or 500,000,000 (five hundred million) tokens, will be reserved for employee vesting pool. 60 Confidential and Proprietary.
3. 10% of tokens, or 500,000,000 (five hundred million) tokens, will be allocated for advisors, initial purchasers, and Extra Bonuses. Up to 90,000,000 of these will be made available to be issued as Extra Bonus tokens.
4. 72% of tokens, or 3,600,000,000 (three billion, six hundred million) will be sale and bonus tokens. Of these, 500,000,000 (five hundred million) tokens will be sold in the private sale and public presale. Of the remaining 3,100,000,000 (three billion, one hundred million) in this pool, a minority portion will be allocated and set aside as bonus private/presale tokens. The majority remainder of tokens will be sold in the public sale.
The presale will start on January 15, 2019 and will run for 14 days, with the final full day of the presale being January 28, 2019.
